“House is BIG and historic and fit our whole family, and hosts were very communicative and accommodating! Location RULES - super close to the water and shops and parks and restaurants. We had a nice stay! That said, some things could be easy wins for updates: swing on porch is broken, paint on deck is peeling (we couldn’t spend any time out there with our baby), AC units are nice to have but can’t be used overnight bc they are louder than a steam train. I guess it is having both a shower and a bath. Lots of little details to make it more comfortable like night lights for getting to the bathroom without having to turn on a light. Also...

“If you need a bed to sleep this is for you. Small beds only one shower yard over grown, weeds were their flowers. Spiders were very bad, I had to get out at end of driveway because driveway was so overgrown. The spiders were all over the side of the house and porch. I have a cabin in the woods and I spray for bugs. Inside of house was clean and beds were clean. You are expected to stripe your beds and take the garbage out. The road that it’s on makes the driveway very hard to get in and out of....
