La Maison De Marie: Renaissance-Style Holiday Home with Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Located in the heart of Murat’s historic center in Haute-Auvergne, La Maison De Marie is a charming Renaissance-style vacation home offering 120 m² of comfortable space for up to 7 guests. The house features 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom or shower room and toilet. You will find a fully equipped private kitchen, a spacious living room with TV, a dining area, and a laundry room. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dryer, baby cot, high chair, steam iron and ironing board, and a raclette grill. A garden table and six chairs are available in the laundry room for your use on the terrace.



The house is spread over four levels, connected by a stone spiral staircase covered with carpet. The kitchen is on the lower level with access to a small terrace, the living room is on the ground floor, and the bedrooms are on the first and second floors.



Cooking gas (bottle provided) is included. Gas for hot water and heating is available for an extra fee based on your consumption (meter readings taken at arrival and departure).

Murat, a Petite Cité de Caractère, is the hiking capital of Haute-Auvergne. You are just 10 minutes from the Lioran ski resort, on the highest volcano in Auvergne. Public transport is accessible, and a shared ski storage room is available.
