“We were 4 men wanting a room each and it was perfect. We had plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. Nice views. There is no lift but it was fine for us even though we are in our 60s. Kitchen has everything you would want. There is a TV with Netflix and sky news. The views are really nice of the Mar Menor sea. the owner Luis met us on arrival and was very helpful. ”

We really enjoyed the area with good restaurants, bars and supermarket only 100-200 meters away. Perfect also in January with people living in the area, making it alive.”

“My daughter and I stayed at the apartment during our most recent trip to Murcia. The apartment is very well situated and is within walking distance to many shops sites and restaurants. We loved the beautiful terrace and enjoyed cooking at home and eating dinner outside for a number of nights. We would gladly return if we ever find ourselves in Murcia again. My only complaint is that we had tried to change our reservation from 7 nights to 6 (before the cutoff time) as our flight was an overnight...
