âThis is a beautifully restored old mansion in a great neighborhood. There are numerous restaurants and entertainment venues within two blocks. There is no on site staff but everything we needed was readily available including a small complementary minibar. Room was comfortable and spotless.â
âBreakfast was as expected with no surprises, the staff kept the breakfast area clean & stocked. I liked that there was a microwave available in breakfast area for heating up your food. The beds were ver comfortable & room stayed nice and cool. The stationary bike in the exercise room was nice to use.â

What was unique? G-A-R-Y. Incredible professional at check-in who personifies what everyone wants in check-in personnel. He pre-empted any questions I had and efficiently had me signed in before I could say Marriott Courtyard. What a relief to have a check in experience like this. â
âWe had a very pleasant stay, the hotel is beautiful the staff friendly( especially Brandon, who was not only very pleasent but very belpful)beds comfortable, room clean and a goid breakfast.
The only negative is that after we were completely checked in and charged we were informed that we needed to be changed $5 for parking (this is not a downtown hotel) i spoks to someone in the morning and was told they would have the manager remove this fee. There is also no mention on the website about...
âVery nice place to stay for the big dam bridge 100 bike race. The valets took great care of getting our cars in and out, but I wanted to especially mention Michelle who checked us in Friday night and then checked us out Saturday morning. She went above and beyond with friendliness and a wonderful attitude!â
