The food & wine pairings at Appellation were amazing. And the service from the staff at every single point of contact from our arrival to our departure was incredible. “Beuat and comfy room. Very narrow check times. Poor WiFi. Wobbly hot/cold water, probably installed by Mr. Bean himself. Brekkie to be self cooked. 150ml milk with amazing granola, bring more milk with you. Stale bread. Eggs and bacon cook yourself, if you find the power switch to the stovetop, it is well concealed. Lack of power outlets. ”
