A spacious open plan living area with vaulted ceiling and large picture windows invite you to enjoy the quiet rural surroundings of the property. The home has a lovely split-level layout featuring two queen bedrooms downstairs, while upstairs has an additional queen bedroom as well as a light-filled bunk room, which includes a double bed with single bunk on top, another single bed and a cute sleeping nook with mattress up a little ladder. The house can comfortably accommodate 10 guests. There are two large modern bathrooms, a beautiful new kitchen and a large sundrenched deck that spans the house, equipped with a BBQ and tables. A firepit is stocked with wood for marshmallows after dark under the stars.

The home is a convenient ten-minute drive to the delightful Laguna Trading Post (est. 1835) for quality coffee, fresh bread, wines and Providore and a further 10 minutes to historic Wollombi village and its fabulous rustic Pub, Myrtle and Stone Pet friendly cafe, Wollombi General Store and a couple of small shops and Galleries.
