“I’m not sure how old the pictures are that are on the app, but it looks nothing like that. I guess they have turned it into an extended stay? Broken down cars where customers should be parking. If I could have found another room somewhere else I would have left Saturday morning, but there was a big bike race there and everything was booked. Just don’t say that you weren’t warned. All the towels had stains on them. The bed was as cheap as they come. Could feel the springs pushing into my side all...

“Such a cute hotel, great location within walking distance to the the square with tons of shopping, restaurants etc.”

“My daughter had 2 brand new mascaras with her, one morning they were there, left for the day and when we got back that evening they were both gone after our room was cleaned. Was told my management that the girl who cleaned our room didn’t wear makeup so it couldn’t have been her. 🙄”

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Three suggestions; The pool was closed although it was 95*f outside. The inside wall in the shower was bowed inward, reducing the space inside the walk-in shower making it difficult for those of us with wide shoulders and there was no handle for the elderly or those who are uncertain of...

“The hotel forgot to give me a receipt at checkout, and despite several attempts to contact them by email and through Hotels.com, I never received any response. I still need the receipt for my employer, and the lack of communication has made the whole process unnecessarily difficult. This unfortunately had a negative impact on my overall experience.”
