You have your own private porch with use of charcoal grills and outdoor pool. Pool is opened April 1st to November1st weather permitting.

All appliances are up to date. Washer and dryer available for your use.

All linens and towels provided in the rental fee.

Exit maid service $140.00

$300 Security Deposit required at time of reservation.

Half of rental balance due 60 days before rental date. Final half due 30 days before rental date.

Cancellation policy: Refunds depends on when cancelled, if client is booking for another date and reason for change or cancellation.

Deposit will be refunded within 7-14 days of check out.
