INTERACTION WITH HOST
We believe in giving our guests space and privacy to enjoy their vacation. We will not be on-site during your stay, but we are always available to answer any questions or address any concerns via the booking platform messenger or by phone. Our goal is to ensure you have a seamless and wonderful stay.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
**Parking**
Free on-site parking is provided for one (1) vehicle only. Please display the provided parking pass at all times. Per Resort Policy, No Motorcycles, Trailers, or RV`s allowed on the resort property.
**Wi-Fi**
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the condo. Network and password details will be provided at check-in.
**Starter Supplies**
We provide a starter kit of essentials (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags) to get you started. For longer stays, you will need to purchase additional supplies.
**Linens & Towels**
Fresh linens and bath towels are included for the number of guests on your reservation. A mid-stay towel and linen swap-out service is available for an additional fee.
**Beach Gear**
We do not provide beach chairs, towels, or umbrellas. These items can be rented seasonally from the lifeguards on the beach or at local rental shops.
**Cleaning**
The condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest stay for your comfort and safety.
**Extended Stays**
This condo is perfect for both short getaways and extended vacations. Discounts are available for weekly or monthly bookings—please inquire for details.
**Rental Agreement**
Must be completed within 1 hour of booking. Includes a $35 non-refundable damage waiver covering accidental damage up to $1,000
We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:
1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.
2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.
3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.
4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.
5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 6 and only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.
7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.
8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.
9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.
10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.
11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent the day of check-in.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: The Rental Agreement must be completed within 1 hour of booking. By consenting, you agree to the mandatory, non-refundable $45 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and eliminates the need for a security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in cancellation of your reservation. This policy helps us maintain our properties in excellent condition while also protecting you during your stay.
