Well...the property is beautiful. I couldn't wait to get in the pool, except is was dirty and I didn't. Hot tub, cloudy and I wasn't getting in that either. I was met at the property by Heathers mom. Heather wasn't there and mom wasn't supposed to be either. I walk into the unit and it smells like sewage. Problem, main lined backed up in the studio units and thete's poop floating in the shower. Mom said plumber on the way. Over 2 hours until fixed but not cleaned. No one wanted to do it. Mom was truly frustrated with her daughters lack of responsibility. She said "Didn't Heather call you", no and to this date she has never contacted me and said a word. Had she called me and apologized afterwards I would've never posted my disappointment. Highly unprofessional and I suppose she just didnt care. Oh the next morning, check out, the pool filter is now on and a machine inside cleaning it. A day late. Property is beautiful though.
