It is within walking distance to club amenities. This property features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances including a microwave and dishwasher, as well as a large kitchen, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Three TVs (55-inch TV in living room, 55-inch and 40-inch TVs in bedrooms, Roku) and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king and one queen-sized bed. A port-a-crib and highchair is also provided for guests with small children. Outdoor amenities include a covered front porch with rocking chairs and swing, screened-in back porch, private backyard, and gas grill. Please note, the fireplace is non-operational. Wachesaw Plantation amenities include the award-winning, Tom Fazio designed golf course, Kimbels Restaurant overlooking the 18th green and majestic Waccamaw River, tennis on the lighted Har - Tru clay courts, pool complex, and Magnolia's Pool Bar. This property is a duplex. Only two parking spaces are allotted per cottage. Additional cars will be removed at the tenant's expense. Overflow parking is available elsewhere within the community. Trash pick-up at the cottage is every Thursday. Dog-friendly. Limit two dogs - 70-pound maximum weight limit if bringing one dog, 50-pound maximum weight limit per dog if bringing two.
