“There were 5 adults and a 7 month old baby. We stayed 3 nights and it was wonderful. The home was as described and even better. She had a nicely stocked pantry with spices and a few cans of basic food. Plenty of dishes and cookware. I did not see a list of things to do before leaving, like most VRBO homes have, however I stripped the beds and put sheets and all towels in the laundry area and took out the trash. It’s a wonderful home you will certainly enjoy your time here. ...

“Beautiful house and property with brand new appliances! Easy access to Kiamichi River and the National Forest…Close to several hiking trails. It can sleep several people comfortably. Pool was very clean for being near so many trees! Gorgeous scenery!! Enjoyed the stay! Thank you!!”

“We enjoyed our vacation so much! The place is amazing with everything you could want, fully stocked kitchen and plenty of towels…even had towels for the dog! We fished in the pond, used the little boat to go around the pond, our dog ran around the acreage and swam in the pond too. They had a solo stove for a fire at night. Just the cutest place with lights around the patio at night and so quiet, saw deer grazing in the yard. Tiger, the owner, was so sweet and even texted us to ask if we wanted...

“Very adorable place. It was clean and had all the things we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking necessities. The space was cozy. Wish we had time to use the hot tub. We will stay there if we visit Talahina again. ”

“Beautiful cabin with well knit amenities. Mountain View and sunroom is mesmerising rising blend of stay. It is difficult to spend more time around fire pit and sitting area. Some kind of insect repellent lamp or candle would have made it easier. ”

“My son and I were looking for a remote place to relax and get away from the busy normal pace of life. This was perfect! Very remote and quiet. You can see the river below and a short walk allowed us to just hang out on the banks for a couple hours and just enjoy nature. The only drawback was the complete lack of cell coverage or WiFi to update my wife that we had arrived safely. I got a finger wag once we had service again at the end of our trip. We loved it!”
