“The room and hotel was clean, nice, we liked the interior very much and it made us feel welcome, at home. As did the whole staff, we were taken care of and liked every suggestion we received in terms of what we could do and where we could eat. The breakfast is worth a stay itself, not included, with focus on quality instead of quantity and is enjoyed with a wonderful view. It´s located in a quiet area so bus/taxi is required but not a problem since it´s nearby.”

“Check in is always chaotic (this is my fourth stay) it. Seems as staff has got no training what so ever. The excuse is always the same: we have problem with our system. Not true they have problem with their staff.”

“Fresh and super nice staff. Location great and WiFi worked well. Only downside was cold water sometimes went completely off. Informed staff about the problem. ”

“Excellent - great place to stay, staff were excellent, lovely breakfast. Great location & secure. Feels very cosy”

“Nice staff, clean hotel. ”

“Lagom nära Copacabana. Lätt att få taxi. Bra frukost. ”

“Surfaces in the room were covered in sticky marks from drinks glasses & one of the pillow cases had burn marks or stains on it. The bathroom mirror had toothpaste or soap splatters on it too. The bed was comfortable but we booked for twin beds & got a double instead! There was a decent spread for the breakfast, & it was labelled with a description in English as well. But no decaf coffee option was available. A lot of the staff were very helpful & friendly, but the ladies at the check in desk...

“Never stayed in such a poor hotel in my life. I know I should not expect much from a "budget" hotel, but at least they should provide with essential goods in the room. Virtually you only get a bed in a very small room to sleep and nothing else; no shampoo (there was a shampoo bottle but it was empty. Although I asked the staff to refill but they ignored my request), no drink water, no cups to take water from tap. The room was small and dirty. Breakfast was OK but the foods were the same every...
