“Lyxigt hotell för en resort känsla”

“Very helpful and friendly hostess.”

“Great place . We loved it”

“Om du bara ska stanna en natt passar hotellet. Observera att du checkar in på restaurangen. Annars välj hotell i historiska delen. Frukosten var inte mycket att ha. Köp hellre på t ex stationen 5 min bort. Frukostpersonalen var inte särskilt hjälpsam. Man fick säga till att man vilke ha kaffe, sökte inte upp en som brukligt.”

“Staff was responsive to problems. Noisy my first day. Doors slamming, people arguing in hallway outside my room. 12am-1am and again doors slamming, talking loudly outside my door 6am. Location ok. . Breakfast was packaged sweet snacks. Coffee pot never worked, second day teapot was fixed. Lots of towels. Cleaned daily. Would I stay here again? No.”

“Allt bra ”

“Definitely not a 4 star hotel. We stayed here one night before going to Sorrento. The bathroom smelled cigarettes and the hotel was overall very worn down. The breakfast wasn’t good either. We were there 30min after they opened and most of the food (apart from the sweets) were finished. Only one person worked and she’s busy with tidying up the tables and doing the dishes. Took a while before she filled up the food. The coffee wasn’t great, the scrambled eggs were microwaved and tasted really...

“Frukost ok”

“Jättetrevlig och hjälpsam personal. De är stolta över sitt B & B och månar om sin gäster. Rent, fräscht och bra luftkonditionering. Bästa Italienska frukosten. Bra läge nära stationen. ”

“Hidden gem in Naples. Good location and walkable. Very spacious and clean”

“Room and location was not as per picture - I was advised on the day of arrival that I would be staying at a different property 0.5 blocks away. I was not allowed to choose which one to stay in”

“We loved our stay at Palazzo Sebeto. The apartment was in a great location, with a supermarket conveniently close by and everything we needed within easy reach. The staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring Naples, and we would happily stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay!”
