“I love the room we stayed, it was nice and quiet, even if we the hotel is right on town where there is a lot of expected noise.
One thing I would recommend is to apply something to the wooden floors, it can cause an accident to someone walking with socks, the floor was very slippery. Other than that everything was excellent. ”
“Wonderful place right on Zocalo square with lovely rooftop restaurant, living up to advertised expectations. Friendly and very helpful staff. Also quiet to my surprise, even with window facing daytime busy street. We could sleep with window open :-)

“The property was clean and close to every thing. The staff was very friendly helpful and would help with everything we needed.
My only complaint was that the kitchen had very little in it. Of course we could ask and they would get what we needed but i hate asking all the time. The kitchen needs to be stocked with what is needed. ”

“La verdad me gustó mucho, si tenía miedo por el precio y las quejas que había del lugar, pero ya estando ahí me si cuenta que la verdad las quejas son ilógicas, no niego que el baño es chico, pero pues es para bañarse, no para otra cosa, igual que el cuarto, la verdad se me hizo bien, también por la zona obvio que no habrá silencio, literalmente es la Alameda, pero tampoco es como que sea tanto, la verdad es MUY buen lugar, el desayuno también estaba rico, lo recomiendo demasiado”
“The box beds are great, really secure. They also have lots of daily walking tours and activities. The main downside is you need the window open and the street is noisy. This didn’t bother me but if you need quiet, this wouldn’t be it. I loved my stay and would love to go back.”
“The hotel is located in a brilliant spot. Easy access to shopping, the big square, the Mirador, museums, food etc etc. Easy to take a Tube/taxi to other areas. Staff friendly, reception, restaurant and cleaning services but the hotel is a bit "tired". The water pressure in the shower was extremly low, the floor in the room not wet wiped very well and the quality of the breakfast left things to wish (one beeing that scrabled eggs etc not hot). Slept alright and wi fi was working good.”
