“Bästa hotellet med fantastisk service. Man får världens bästa guidetur i de historiska kvarteren. Gratis vatten att ta ur en kyl på varje våningsplan. Gratis fik med sallader, mackor och lite annat dygnet om. Hjälpsam personal som bokar taxi, vet hur man ska åka buss och var vi kan shoppa.”
“Wonderful place right on Zocalo square with lovely rooftop restaurant, living up to advertised expectations. Friendly and very helpful staff. Also quiet to my surprise, even with window facing daytime busy street. We could sleep with window open :-)

“The property was clean and close to every thing. The staff was very friendly helpful and would help with everything we needed.
My only complaint was that the kitchen had very little in it. Of course we could ask and they would get what we needed but i hate asking all the time. The kitchen needs to be stocked with what is needed. ”

“This was my third stay at the Fiesta Inn this year. I like the location since it lets me wander freely within the historic center. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. The staff is accommodating. And the fact that they have a busy court at the elevator level gives the property a good vibe. Most of the time I experience some sort of event, a protest, and this time the marathon on Sunday. That means that Avenida Juárez gets shut down for hours but I am a pedestrian tourist and my local friends...
“The hotel is located in a brilliant spot. Easy access to shopping, the big square, the Mirador, museums, food etc etc. Easy to take a Tube/taxi to other areas. Staff friendly, reception, restaurant and cleaning services but the hotel is a bit "tired". The water pressure in the shower was extremly low, the floor in the room not wet wiped very well and the quality of the breakfast left things to wish (one beeing that scrabled eggs etc not hot). Slept alright and wi fi was working good.”
“Great hotel, clean, bed was so comfortable. The rooms can be a little loud, but with the AC on it can drown out the noise. Food and service in the restaurant was good, they have a nice rooftop as well. The gym is just ok, not much options but the treadmill worked and the view was nice. Great location in the Zocalo, very walkable with great restaurants nearby. ”
