âWonderful place right on Zocalo square with lovely rooftop restaurant, living up to advertised expectations. Friendly and very helpful staff. Also quiet to my surprise, even with window facing daytime busy street. We could sleep with window open :-)
Free water and cafe for hotel guests adds to the benefits. Overall a great experience.â

Gratis fik med sallader, mackor och lite annat dygnet om. HjĂ€lpsam personal som bokar taxi, vet hur man ska Ă„ka buss och var vi kan shoppa.â

When it comes to service at the hotel, we felt that the will is there, but there is a lack in the execution.

âThe hotel is located in a brilliant spot. Easy access to shopping, the big square, the Mirador, museums, food etc etc. Easy to take a Tube/taxi to other areas. Staff friendly, reception, restaurant and cleaning services but the hotel is a bit "tired". The water pressure in the shower was extremly low, the floor in the room not wet wiped very well and the quality of the breakfast left things to wish (one beeing that scrabled eggs etc not hot). Slept alright and wi fi was working good.â

âThe property was clean and close to every thing. The staff was very friendly helpful and would help with everything we needed.
My only complaint was that the kitchen had very little in it. Of course we could ask and they would get what we needed but i hate asking all the time. The kitchen needs to be stocked with what is needed. â

âexcelente hotel cerca e muchos atractivos de centro historico...excatamente atras de catedral metropolitana...el desayuno muy bueno y la atencion de lo mejorâ
âWifi slow at times. Two aecurity features missing that I am used to a secondary door lock and keyed elevator. Felt safe though as not a bad neighborhood. The whole surrounding area is a big bizzare and easy walking to good food and common very big tourist attractions.
The suite was big clean and stylish.â
