“My favorite hostel in the city so far. They need a second fridge badly, way too many guests for one fridge. Bathroom shower needs hooks for clothes and towels and mats for the floor which is a small lake, my only complaints. ”

“Great stay and super friendly staff. This is a very welcoming space for queer people. The breakfast was probably the highlight as there was a lot of options and fresh food. The fruit and juice was great and we tried almost all of the items on the menu. We got the handicap room and it was spacious. There was one time a bug from likely the drain but we captured it and the cleaners took care of it. There also was a lot of mosquitoes randomly but i’m not sure if that was just for our room. “The hotel is located in a brilliant spot. Easy access to shopping, the big square, the Mirador, museums, food etc etc. Easy to take a Tube/taxi to other areas. Staff friendly, reception, restaurant and cleaning services but the hotel is a bit "tired". The water pressure in the shower was extremly low, the floor in the room not wet wiped very well and the quality of the breakfast left things to wish (one beeing that scrabled eggs etc not hot). Slept alright and wi fi was working good.”
