We arrived and the host Valentina was waiting for us (because we called). She graciously let us in the gates and showed us one of two rooms to choose from which either one was fine. We were hungry and Valentina recommended a nearby restaurant that had great food.
We woke up to a beautiful continental breakfast which tasted amazing and a latte. It was really foggy and we had to rush...

âNice facilities but staff are awful and they have a bunch of crazy rules about when you are allowed to leave and enter with your car. They will keep you hostage inside between the hours of 13-15 and not allow you in to your parking spot with the car after 23.00. Even if you have a baby and a bunch of stuff to carry. Someone insane is running this place which is unfortunate. Even the guy at the gate laughs at the rules. Itâs super weird â

Vi Ă„kte frĂ„n hotellet 8.30, tog bĂ„t till Burano dĂ€rifrĂ„n Murano och sist Venedig. Vi hade dĂ„ tillrĂ€ckligt med tid att se det vi ville och var tillbaka för att bada pĂ„ hotellets strand vid 15-tiden. Toppen fin strand, fint hotellomrĂ„de o h bra frukost pĂ„ hotellet. Inget nattliv utan lugnt och skönt....

"A small and pleasant little hotels hotel hidden close to the boats and restaurant, very accessible to reach. Friendly staff, good cleaning and breakfast included. Shower booth in our room was small and tight. We didn't hear any noise in the night. A pleasant, functional experience."
"I was arriving very late, and leaving for a flight very early. I tried booking a shuttle to the airport in advance, but they didn't do that, should be booked when checking in.
When I arrived and tried to book the shuttle, but it was fully booked for an hour right when I wanted. So I either had to leave an hour early, or risk missing the flight. I decided to chance that there would be no queues to the check in, so I could get some extra sleep.
In the morning there was no queue for the shuttle, the driver didn't understand why it wasn't possible to book it when I wanted, and rushed me to be on time a bit earlier than I booked, so I made with 10 minutes to spare. A big thank you to him!
But really unacceptable to not being able to book the shuttle when needed, when the big reason for selecting this hotel was the shuttle service that should be available 24 hours a day. If it can be fully booked it should be possible to book it before checking in."
"Nice place to stay . Close to connection even that is bus or with train . Try to get a room with a view to the chanel . That is an experience. Nice walk and you have all that Venize offer close to you "
"The scrambled eggs at the breakfast buffet tasted awkward. I guess the chefs arenât cracking fresh eggs back in the kitchenâtheyâre probably using liquid or powdered eggs. A real shame. Always make sure you can get fresh eggs at a hotel.
