âI love the room we stayed, it was nice and quiet, even if we the hotel is right on town where there is a lot of expected noise.
One thing I would recommend is to apply something to the wooden floors, it can cause an accident to someone walking with socks, the floor was very slippery. Other than that everything was excellent. â
âWonderful place right on Zocalo square with lovely rooftop restaurant, living up to advertised expectations. Friendly and very helpful staff. Also quiet to my surprise, even with window facing daytime busy street. We could sleep with window open :-)
Free water and cafe for hotel guests adds to the benefits. Overall a great experience.â

âThe property was clean and close to every thing. The staff was very friendly helpful and would help with everything we needed.
My only complaint was that the kitchen had very little in it. Of course we could ask and they would get what we needed but i hate asking all the time. The kitchen needs to be stocked with what is needed. â
âBeautiful building and interior, nice food (breakfast) and drinks, very comfortable beds, clean and spacious rooms (1 and 2).
When it comes to service at the hotel, we felt that the will is there, but there is a lack in the execution.

âexcelente hotel cerca e muchos atractivos de centro historico...excatamente atras de catedral metropolitana...el desayuno muy bueno y la atencion de lo mejorâ
âThe hotel is located in a brilliant spot. Easy access to shopping, the big square, the Mirador, museums, food etc etc. Easy to take a Tube/taxi to other areas. Staff friendly, reception, restaurant and cleaning services but the hotel is a bit "tired". The water pressure in the shower was extremly low, the floor in the room not wet wiped very well and the quality of the breakfast left things to wish (one beeing that scrabled eggs etc not hot). Slept alright and wi fi was working good.â
âThe box beds are great, really secure. They also have lots of daily walking tours and activities. The main downside is you need the window open and the street is noisy. This didnât bother me but if you need quiet, this wouldnât be it. I loved my stay and would love to go back.â
âWe liked the fact there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, roomy and clean. It also has air conditioner in the living room only.
The washer and dryer are located at the top floor and shared amount guests, so sometimes we have to wait to wash. The dryer did not faction; however, we were able to natural dry our cloth.
I wished that there is no extra charge to clean room once for the guests who stay more than a week, just like us, I also wished that there is enough toilet paper in our room...
