“The property was clean and close to every thing. The staff was very friendly helpful and would help with everything we needed.
My only complaint was that the kitchen had very little in it. Of course we could ask and they would get what we needed but i hate asking all the time. The kitchen needs to be stocked with what is needed. ”

“The hotel is located in a brilliant spot. Easy access to shopping, the big square, the Mirador, museums, food etc etc. Easy to take a Tube/taxi to other areas. Staff friendly, reception, restaurant and cleaning services but the hotel is a bit "tired". The water pressure in the shower was extremly low, the floor in the room not wet wiped very well and the quality of the breakfast left things to wish (one beeing that scrabled eggs etc not hot). Slept alright and wi fi was working good.”
“Wifi slow at times. Two aecurity features missing that I am used to a secondary door lock and keyed elevator. Felt safe though as not a bad neighborhood. The whole surrounding area is a big bizzare and easy walking to good food and common very big tourist attractions.
The suite was big clean and stylish.”
“I truly love the area , taco shop right behind the property, also a convenience store behind as well. I also used uber a lot so I would say my furthest drive was around 25 minutes , will definitely be staying here when I come back”
