We had an absolutely wonderful stay at MetlandVenya. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly, attentive, and helpful staff. The hotel is set in a peaceful and beautiful environment surrounded by lush greenery, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The pool area is exactly where you’ll want to spend your days when you’re not out exploring Bali. The overall atmosphere of the hotel, combined with the exceptional service from every staff member, made our stay feel like a honeymoon. The breakfast was also of a very high standard, offering both a buffet and à la carte options. We also want to highlight the amazing afternoon tea, we really enjoyed it every day! We also booked a private driver through the hotel for a two-day tour, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of our trip. Our driver, Terry, was absolutely fantastic. He did much more than simply drive us from one destination to another—he acted as a knowledgeable guide, sharing insights about the places we passed, providing local information, and recommending attractions and restaurants along the way. He made us feel so safe and comfortable despite Bali’s often hectic traffic. Terry was always calm, cheerful, professional, and incredibly funny. He truly made our days in Ubud even more memorable. In summary, every member of the staff deserves a gold star. They always greeted us with a smile and consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every guest was happy!

Everything was amazing, though service definitely stands out. I had absolutely amazing stay and will be coming back. Breakfast was rich and filling, with many good options. Restaurant had really good food. Villa and the pool were clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend!
