“This hotel was dirty. I ended up checking out once I saw my room. Stained linens on the beds, trash and dirt on the floor, and rotting bathtub are unacceptable hospitality standards.”

“Mold on the shower, broken knob and filth on the heat unit. Thin blankets, towels were tiny, and only two provided. Service was fine, no problems, but no real service energy or mindset either. Overall, not impressed, but it was a place to sleep. ”

“For the price I was surprised how high I had to pay! The door was hung up on the door jam and once we got in the door lock wasn’t in alignment and it wouldn’t lock. Our security was questionable due to it. The heater wouldn’t work and it blew cold air so I shut it off and was cold in the room because it wouldn’t heat up. The Ac/heater wasn’t screwed into place and it was very loose. The curtains didn’t fit properly, they looked like the threw them in the washing machine and dryer then hung them...

“The staff was extremely welcoming and kind. Location was in a great spot with everything you need close. Our room upon entry was so cold and the strong smelling of pinesole cleaner was so bad we had open the windows and leave for a few hours. The floors looked to not have been swept well as we found what looked like tobacco on the floor in the bathroom and a few things on the floor around the bed. The shower did not have a shower curtain on at all so water was all over the floor after we...
