“Room cleaning is every other day. But the day we requested, cleaners never came. But we just asked for extra toilet papers and towels and they provided it. We threw our trash away. Overall, the front reception was very helpful and accommodating.”

“This place was just okay. The room was not overly clean, but not filthy. The bed appeared clean but the chairs at the desk were covered in brown stains and the bathroom was a little dirty. When we arrived there must have been a blown fuse earlier in the day because none of the lights (or the air conditioner) were working so the room was so stuffy! Luckily we were able to find the fuse box in the hallway. Also, while the property did supply ear plugs, the space was incredibly loud and light...

“Let's put it this way..I would not stay there again. First off both Moscow and pullman are college towns...so most of the rentals happen twice a year for graduation. That in mind...when we got into the room, both the sink and tub water was brown. I had to let the water run 10 minutes before it ran clear. Secondly the TV cable did not work, so no TV. My daughter travels with a fire stick so we were able to watch a movie. Then the upstairs neighbor was really load...maybe more sound proofing...
