âThis was our first visit to NOLA in 25 years and we left our originally booked hotel because of the room conditions.
We were so happy to find Maison Metiere!!!! The hotel was wonderful with beautiful accommodations, incredible staff, excellent restaurant and so many unique extras. We will make this our home away from home for the next several years. â

âFrĂ€ckt boutiquehotell med bra lĂ€ge nĂ€ra Bourbonstreet och allt annat kul i French Quarter. Fint rum, god mat i restaurangen, bra bar, mycket bra personal.â
âSo many great things to say about this stay. We got in earlier than check in allowed but the receptionist was able to get us in our rooms 4 hours early. It was clean, felt luxe and the free breakfast had great options. Staff was great and vibes were there. â
âGreat place, will definity stay here again. Nice pool area with bar (beware, its closed mondays and tuesdays).
Location is perfect! Bourbon right outside the door.
The only neg; we thought the service was a bit slow in the restaurants. Staff could have been a little more attentive. â

"Great and nice security people.
Bad cleaning 3 out of 4 days (towels looked dirty, half made bed, old plastic cup left on table etc). Tried to tip extra to get better cleaning, but no. When we did not tip, the cleaning was good, so probably we tipped wrong person.
Tried breakfast in the bar, but waiting time was long and the serving was stopped in the kitchen at the same time we got to order.
Interior in public areas are beautiful. Pool area nice, but really cold water. Good location. "

We recommend Frenchman street much better unless you are 21 and just wanna drink and party.
The food along Canal street is not great and overpriced, like most in tourist areas.
The breakfast at Sonesta hotel was okey, a couple of veggies and it would be better.
The bed was really good!
No pressure in the shower unless you turned it all the way up to the hottest, burning!
No housekeeping unless you stayed at least 7 nights, new towels where available at the front desk.
Laundry room was 4 dollar per machine and wash. "
