“Room both comfortable and attractively decorated. Private patio and public patio outside our door very attractive, quiet, relaxing. Breakfast room cozy, food exactly what we liked: breads, fresh fruit, hot egg dish, staff friendly and accommodating. Location quiet, comfortably short walk to Plaza and city center. All in all, a lovely experience away from crowds, but close to plenty of Santa Fe action.”

I would happily pay more for a better breakfast. Nonetheless we had a good time there and can recommend the hotel.”

“The staff was unfriendly and I was asked to explain my disability because I had a service dog with me. I called ahead to let them know I was bringing my service dog and I was questioned as I checked in. The staff in the breakfast room were inattentive. I had to go up to them and ask them for water and juice. The coffee was self-serving which I did not mind. I DO NOT recommend this place.”

“Room was very clean. It is an old hotel but the most comfortable beds and pillows. They keep the place immaculate condition. Only issue was bathroom door is a barn style door and does not completely close so you hear everything.”

“This property is going through big renovations! It did not meet the standards as was described on their online site. No one was available in office from 6:00 pm until 10:00 am, in event of an emergency, No lighting outside of building after dark, had difficulty figuring how to turn lights on & off in room (very odd), no television in room. Overall it was not satisfactory for our needs / we are seniors & did not feel safe in this situation.”
