“Food was good, beds could be updated as well as the bathroom. The location is perfect.”

“I didn't realize there wasn't a coffee maker or microwave in the room. I'd definitely prefer some way in-room for heating water for tea or coffee. Otherwise, we loved the modern, compact space for the two of us and thought the hotel was beautiful. It's also very convenient to all the downtown establishments, most withing walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I'm sure we'll book a room here again sometime.”

“We went to Bentonville to do some mountain biking but wasn't sure where we were gonna store our bikes in a traditional hotel (multi floor). Then we found The Bike Inn. There was storage in the room and all the rooms are ground level. There were plenty of bike oriented amenities on the property. We bought gloves and a jersey from the pro shop for a fair price. The water bottle fill station and ice maker were also a huge plus as well. There were plenty of other amenities on site that we didnt use...

“We stayed there a couple times before because the price is great and the room was clean and smelled fresh. This time the floor was gooey, the bathtub was black and the room smelled really bad. We went to Walmart and bought cleaners and cleaned before we would take our shoes off or shower. We will NOT be staying there again. We will pay more to stay somewhere else. The lady at the front desk was AWESOME. She is a great fit for that job. Very personable. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the room!!!”

“Layout was not conducive to sleep. The air conditioning was none off, on and off and it was cool or hot. Staff was nice and breakfast was adequate. Glad I only stayed one night.”

“I got a renovated room, MTB bike friendly, extremely clean, comfy mattress and pillows. Bathroom is well stuffed with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner. Spotless clean. This hotel is on the new electronic fashion, check in by web, digital locks at the door, code is sent by text message. Coffee machine is priceless. Good room price.”

“Great hotel. The staff at check-in were great. The guy explained everything in great detail and answered every question I had such as pool times, breakfast, etc. The pool was open from 8am to 10pm, and although it isnt the largest in size, it definitely was a nice amenity to have. The breakfast options were nice, many choices like waffles, eggs, biscuit and gravy, bacon/sausage, and a good assortment of cereals and breads. “The breakfast was very good compared to most with just waffles and muffins. Had nice cheese omlet and cute waffle minis with bacon and all the other regular items.”

“The only milk was oat or soy milk, therefore I didn’t eat cereal. The eggs I think were powdered, not much flavor. My son had waffles and they seemed to be okay as well as the sausage. ”
