“Bra och lugnt läge nära Western University och inte så långt med bil till restauranger m.m. Ganska stora rum som är enkla, t ex eluttag endast i badrummet och endast en tv-kanal (liten tv). Vi hade bokat ett rum med privat badrum men fick först ett rum med toalett men utan dusch. Vi kunde byta rum men då stämde inte priset som vi fick när vi bokade rummet.”

“Very nice property. Dated…but it fits the older vibe of the neighbourhood as a Western University property. Friendly and courteous staff. Room was clean and exactly what we needed for a one night stay. Gym is dated…and kinda out of the way, but effective if you need to exercise. Would recommend Spencer especially if you’re visiting the university.”

“The hotel was absolutely beautiful and spotless. We booked a suite while in town for a graduation weekend, and it was perfect for our needs. The separate bedroom provided privacy, while the suite itself was ideal for hosting family, with a guest bathroom, dining table, comfortable couch, extra seating, a large TV, and stunning floor-to-ceiling windows. One feature we especially appreciated was that the windows actually opened, which was a nice surprise and made the room feel even more...

“We stayed in the suite with a king bed and bunk beds. My adult kids stayed in the bunk bed room. Was big enough for my 20 year old son who is 6’1”.”

“Breakfast was good with a great variety. Cleanliness of rooms was horrible. We got transferred to 3 different rooms with the last option being better but not good. Hair on floor in all bathrooms, full of dust in all rooms. Staff were helpful and good.”

“We rented expecting the 4 rooms to give everyone space and an enjoyable sleeping experience. The room is an echo chamber so everything is extremely loud and there was no quiet way to get in our out of individual rooms with the key lock on every door. The add stated there was no reason to bring anything from home however the beds have 1 very thin blanket -- we used sweaters as extra blankets where necessary. I had been up since 4 am so going to bed relatively early (8:30) there were sports...

“Horrible stay. The AC didn't work on a very hot day. The hotel took way too long to fix the issue, and the staff was not professional. Terrible service and a complete waste of money. Definitely would not recommend staying here!”
