“Location was decent . The First Lady that helped me was awesome !! Very kind and helpful however during my stay the older gentleman that works the desk was rude and not very helpful seemed annoyed that I needed help with my keycards and basically called me stupid for messing them up . He seemed to be pre occupied on his phone and earbuds and seemed mad if anyone needed help ….”

“Restaurant and bar are available Mon-Sat. Front desk staff are all so helpful and welcoming. The gentleman in the restaurant at breakfast is so friendly. Easily walkable to many restaurants and bars in the area”

“I question the cleanliness of the hotel. The trash cans, while plentiful were sticky on the inside. When I wiped down the bathroom counters I found several long blond hairs. When I showered in the morning there was a dried crusty washcloth intertwined with the shower curtain hanging on the rod. I did inform the manager and she agreed that this was not up to the hotels standards. Unfortunately I prepaid so was told I’d be compensated by other means. “Everything was perfect! Loved our stay here”

“Half way thru the air kept going off and i would wake up sweating having to turn the ac way down to get it to kick back on & then our tv kept goin off it would turn back on but then right back off and wouldnt stay on. The phone in the room didn’t work. We called the front desk to let them know and they just said the maintenance man to get there at 10.. it was 7:30 at this time ..”
