“Friendly and professional check-in & check-out. Room cleanliness could be improved (furnishings dusty). Afternoon tea service was a bit rough around the corners: subpar customer interaction skills and knowledge of menu offerings. The variety and quality of breakfast offerings at Café du Parc were more suited for a diner than a 5-star hotel. This legendary facility seems to be struggling at living up to some aspects of its former grandeur. Nevertheless, our stay was pleasant overall.”

“The property is in a residential building. Make sure to call ahead because it takes time for someone to come down and pick you up. Rooms were clean and spacious. Parking is not free. We left it on the street; the city has metered parking, so just make sure to park during the designated hours.”
