âWe booked this hotel after our flight was cancelled and our luggage was lost. At check in I asked for a tooth brush and briefly explained to the very very sweet woman checking us in about our day. Not only did she give me a tooth brush, she upgraded us to a room with a washer & dryer so I could wash the only clothes I had. The room was wonderful, the bed was comfortable â

âExcellent stay⊠really close to bars, food, CVS and the stadium. There are scooters right outside. The only issue was that they donât have a full size mirror.â
âEverything was very nice, but I would like to see strict regulations regarding guests' conduct. Rules of conduct need to be printed and posted everywhere. Some people just have no clue and don't respect others' needs. Both nights I was there, I couldn't sleep because people were making so much noise. â

"Mycket serviceminded personal överallt. Riktigt bra rum och badrum, vÀldigt skön sÀng, sÀnglinne och handdukar. Klanderfri stÀdning. Trevlig bar. Saknar miljötÀnk kring handduksbyten vilket drar ner betyget pÄ det. 10 minuters promenad till nÀrmaste tunnelbanestation. Man befinner sig i en storstad och trafiken hörs vÀl i rummen mot Thomas circle. Det störde inte oss men ifall man Àr kÀnslig för sÄdant Àr det nog bÀttre att be om ett rum Ät andra hÄllet. "

"Vi var tvÄ vuxna och tvÄ tonÄringar som bodde i ett executive-rum. Det var vÀlplanerat och vÀlstÀdat. BÀst var dock det utmÀrkta lÀget med bara ett stenkast till Vita huset och alla andra sevÀrdheter. "

Vi fick hÀmta gratis vatten i butikens store men vid ett tillfÀlle blev vi tillsagda av en i personalen att det inte var okej, trots att alla andra sa Ät oss att göra det. Hans tillsÀgelse gjorde mig rent utav ledsen dÄ han inte behandlade oss vÀl, och nÀsta dag tyckte personalen att vi var konstiga som inte bara hÀmtade som vanligt. Det lÄter patetiskt, men hÀndelsen satte sina spÄr. Utöver det jÀttebra hotell med okej frukost. Bra avstÄnd överallt!
