“Overall good! Only a few issues that came up. When we arrived the cottage floor was not well cleaned. The carpet had chips from the previous users. We also had a heavy rain which caused a washout of the driveway leaving a heavy crevice in the road. The owners of the cottage were not responsive to this issue. The waterfront was wonderful though and we overall had a good week. ”

“We were first guests to new owners at this property and the owners are wonderfully responsive, kind, and accommodating. Any questions and needs are quickly responded to and addressed professionally. Check in and check out are a breeze! The cottage is in a great location on Brandy Lake. The lake itself is relatively calm and quiet and seems to be mostly populated by owning families and renters to very respectful groups. “We just spent a relaxing week at Sandwood Cottage on 3 mile lake. The cottage was lovely- newly renovated and well equipped for a relaxing stay. That was our goal. The area was picturesque and located very close to Port Carling, Huntsville and Bracebridge. We will definitely be back -especially since we found Taylor Farm Market for my daily Americano!! ”

“We had a wonderful time. We got to see the sunrise and set every morning it was spectacular. We enjoyed the morning canoe ride, swimming. The lake is so clean you can see straight to the bottom. The whole boat house was very clean and organized. Communication was very easy. Everyone was so kind and helpful. If your looking for a wonderful getaway look no further it's a trip that is truly unforgettable! ”
