Spahotell i Muslimska kvarteren

“Hotel was nice and good location but maybe a bit dated. Non smoking hotel but ashtrays all over hotel. ”

“Breakfast very good Nice staffing Very clean room”

“The room and overall hotel was clean, they were not clear on the laundry service and we were charged a ridiculous amount for our laundry to be serviced. We simply asked for a gist of how long it would take in a certain time. And no communication was returned until our bill was expected. Almost $300.”

“Room service took too much time at night. Taste good but cold.”

“Suverän service, och fantastisk frukost!”

“Fantastic hotel, excelllent Food, service. Strongt regommended!”

“Staff is wonderful ”

“Communication with the hotel is an issue. Before the trip, I texted the hotel twice. But without a response. I asked Expedia to contact the hotel. It ended up going nowhere since the person answered the phone had difficulty in another language. It is a little surprise for a major international chain.”

“Ons verblijf in The Ritz-Carlton in Xi’an verdient vijf sterren.

“The beds when booking a 2 bed room are twins. We upgraded when my husband arrived and the beds were too small. I slept on the floor the last night as we got in late from Mt hua and had a 6am pick up. I needed sleep, so the floor it was. No time to change. Also, the pool closed for renovations. This is good as its an amazing pool and the reason I go there. Need bigger queen beds”
