House guide: In the villa, the blinds, awnings, and porch fan are automatic and very easy to use. The blinds operate with a convenient up and down button, while the fan and awnings are controlled by a remote control.
During your stay, maintenance staff may come by to clean and maintain the pool to ensure it is always in perfect condition for you to enjoy. We will notify you in advance before their visit. If you are not home, the staff only has a key to access the garden; they do not have access to the inside of the house.
Additional Apartment Rules: Your reservation is subject to a security deposit. To confirm your booking, you must access the link we will provide as the guest guide, fill in all the required information, register all guests staying, sign the contract, and make the security deposit payment via bank transfer.
