"Lång tid att få beställa vid ute baren, och otydligt vad kupongerna man fick vid incheckningen att de endast innebar vanlig dryck och inte alkohol, annars jätte fint hotell, synd att ute poolen inte va uppvärmd så man kunde doppa sig ute. Men magiskt område fick känsla att man va i Sydostasiens djungel trots att hotellet ligger mitt i centrala Elche "

"We arrived hungry around 16.30— on a 4 star hotel with a restaurant we expected to be able to eat. No they opened much later and nearest town is 25 min away(( And no possibility for room service either with any kind of food.. Bed in the room: I would NEVER expect a sofa blanket in my bed as blanket to sleep with so I went to the reception and asked for a regular cosy fluffy blanket but the answer was ”No I’m sorry but we don’t have them in this hotel” I was chocked and asked if this was a joke? No, it was the reality… So this hotel is NOT close to any 4 stars at all… "

"Good hotel close to the airport, gives you all that you want if you got an early flight the day after. Got room service, a good restaurant, comfy beds, quiet and clean. But it's not really in Elche but in Torellano so if you are looking for busy streets this is not for you."

"Allt är bra med hotellet men bussarna till AirPort och Alicante centrum har mycket låg frekvens och det gör svårt att resan "

"Toppenbra hotell, med bästa läget. Pool och strandnära, massor av restauranger nära och Parkeringsgarage mitt över gatan. Väldigt bra frukost och utsikt. Återkommer gärna hit!"
