“Ubicación. Tamaño y limpieza perfecto. Recomendaría mucho una capacitación al personal. Se ven desorientados y cada uno te da información diferente. Precios de los alimentos por ejemplo. Me dieron 1 precio t al final me cobraron mas porque la cajero dijo que el mesero se habia equivocado Es un hotel bonito pero en cuestión de calidad en el servicio les hace falta mucho entrenamiento.”

“Wonderful hostess. Lovely cenote, it is slightly busy during the day as the Cenote is shared by 4 establishments. In the morning and evenings it is peaceful. The grounds and the yoga room were serene. No AC was fine in April. Lots of mosquitoes. The bed nets helps but the screened porch doe not keep them out. “We did not take anything from our bar but got accused (by Adriana) of having taken bottled water when checking out which we really did not appreciate. Also we got a room in the annex building which we did not understand we would get when booking the room. It was across the street away from the beach with no view at all. We had to pay to change room”
