“Very nice hotel, it merges nicely with the nature. Positive notes Temazcal, Spa, cleanliness and 1 guy (and only one) at the reception who is doing his best to help guests. Negative notes The jacuzzis do not have hot water and the lighting does not work. The jacuzzi is supposed to be private and exclusive to the room, every night we found other couples using our terrace and sunbeds. My advice do not pay extra for a jacuzzi room unless you are looking for a cold water tank. The water pressure on...

“I loved my stay here. The people in the reception are so kind and welcoming and very helpful. They offer bikes for rent (150pesos/day). Beautiful place and atmosphere. A bit at the end side of the main area of centre of Tulum so you need a bike. Big quiet room with a nice feeling and very fresh. Pool is nice but could need some more chairs around it and umbrellas. ”

“Fina rum, ”

“Exceptional. Reflects on how a hotel suite should be. Beautiful grounds. Restaurant on-site, food was superb and staff were beyond genuine. Highly recommend. We spent two nights there after spending three at a hotel at the beach. It’s telling that every detail was well curated to reflect a very distinctive experience. Hopefully, we make it back.”

“We did not take anything from our bar but got accused (by Adriana) of having taken bottled water when checking out which we really did not appreciate. Also we got a room in the annex building which we did not understand we would get when booking the room. It was across the street away from the beach with no view at all. We had to pay to change room”

“Me encantó ”
