The Space:
The Exclusive Villa lies in a 670m² plot with 150m² interior spaces and combines minimal style with traditional cycladic architecture featuring elegantly designed spaces with state-of-the-art amenities. A three level villa, with amazing and UNIQUE views to the sea from all levels enjoying an Infinity Pool.
First level includes a spacious living room, a cosy dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom overlooking the big blue and an ensuite twin bedroom and a bathroom. Second level consists of an en suite double master bedroom, with guest room including a single sofa bed, veranda and balcony with breathtaking views. The third level concludes the villa with an en suite twin bedroom. A furnished terrace offers magnificent sea and surrounding views while relaxing in the Infinity Pool and the mini-pool/Jacuzzi.

Payment policy
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 100% of the total price after reservation.

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation is not available for this rate.

The guest will be charged 100% of the total price if they cancel after reservation. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
