“The cottage has everything a family needs but the communications around check-in was very poor and hotels.com's customer service was unwilling to provide any assistance. I would have thought some level of quality control helped justify hotels.com's commission. Either way, the cottage is managed by the building next door and this is where you need to go to collect the key. ”

“We had a truly delightful stay. The space was generous, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living and dining area. Everything was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, making us feel completely at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, it had all the essentials and more.
