Whether you’re cooking a meal in or grabbing takeout from one of the many nearby restaurants, this space makes dining easy.



The living area is where the condo truly shines. With panoramic 14th-floor oceanfront views, a queen sleeper sofa, Murphy bed, TV, dining set, and a private balcony, it’s the ultimate space to unwind and soak in the Atlantic breeze.



Guests also enjoy resort amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, a lazy river, an oceanfront lawn, and a seasonal poolside cabana bar. Plus, onsite dining at Island Breeze Bar & Grill makes it simple to grab coffee, breakfast, or lunch without leaving the resort.



We provide fresh linens, towels, and starter toiletries so you can pack light. Departure cleaning ensures a worry-free checkout, and optional daily or mid-stay housekeeping is available for a small fee.

This condo is privately owned and managed, so you’ll have direct support from us during your stay.



At this time, the lobby is not accessible to guests. The easiest way to enter the building is by using the elevators located on each level of the parking garage. Guests may park on any level and take the corresponding elevator directly to the floor where their unit is located.



Please note that the water amenities close annually for the winter season, with a tentative reopening scheduled for early April. This date is subject to change. Once reopened, guests will have access to the outdoor pool, lazy river, heated indoor pool, indoor children’s pool, indoor hot tub, two outdoor hot tubs, and all additional hot tubs on the property.
