“Our balcony overlooked the ocean. Very convenient to go to/from the beach. We were able to take our 2 small dogs. The communication with the staff at Blue Palmetto office was excellent. We will definitely book with them again. Thank you. ”

“The office on-site did not manage the room we were in. Different companies seem to own different rooms. On the day we left, the toilet stopped flushing. On our way out I went to the office on-site to inform them, they said that was not their unit, they don't manage it. Not sure how you'd get an issue fixed, thankfully for us the issue happened as we were preparing to leave. The suites are nice. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware and dishware. Having a washer and dryer in the suite...

“We had originally booked to stay from the front half of the week of the fourth, my husband had an accident which required surgery (I highly recommend the travel insurance, which I did not get this trip). We ended up adding an extra day at the beginning due to having to cut the trip short to come back for surgery. The communication was excellent. They were very quick to respond.
