Our upgraded condo is located in Arcadian II, which is considered Ocean Front Living at it's FINEST! This 2BR/2BA condo is extremely large and spacious with covered private balconies off each room. The balconies include beautiful views that you can't find anywhere else in Myrtle Beach. The best Oceanside pool in Myrtle Beach plus tennis court.
The Space:
BED & BATH
The Master bedroom suite has a private bath with a walk-in shower, King size bed, dresser, two nightstands, walk-in closet, flat screen TV with cable access, an oversized chair with ottoman and it's own private balcony complete with two chairs.
The 2nd bedroom has 1 Queen size beds, and 1 Day size bed, with one nightstand situated between them, dresser, closet, flat screen TV with cable access.
LIVING AREA
The living room is situated with a sofa, recliner, and one chase lounger/ottoman chair, end table, coffee table, large flat screen TV with cable access on our beautiful entertainment stand. Our Large central living room is the perfect spot to kick back and relax while watching TV or enjoying the BEAUTIFUL OCEANFRONT side views, with access to the private balcony through the sliding glass doors.
Other in-suite amenities include, iron and ironing board, large central living room, central air conditioning and heat, cable TV, Free WIFI. 3 Flat Screen TV's.
KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare your meals in a modern and completely appointed full-sized kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances - range/oven, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, disposal, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker and a regular coffee pot, toaster, blender, pots/pans & utensils which is provided for your convenience and use.
Enjoy our wine cooler to keep all your wine cold and it will not have to take up your refrigerator space.
When it's time to dine, enjoy our dining area or balcony access & GORGEOUS ocean views. It is the perfect place to let the stress drift far away.
Maybe you would like to dine out for some of the great local food, well lucky for you, it is very close. You can be to some great restaurants in a very short time.

Sip your morning coffee or enjoy a nice glass of wine while enjoying the beautiful oceanfront side views of the sunrise or stunning sunset on our covered private oceanfront balconies overlooking the GORGEOUS ocean, complete with seating.
LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES INCLUDED:
Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as 1 STARTER size bar soap & 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and several trash bags.

******* Please note that sometimes the pools and other amenities could be closed for repair and maintenance, especially in off-season months. If the house/condo happens to be in a resort, they try to use these off-season times to do yearly updates. We can't control this dates and times, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Guest Access:
- Full access to the condo & resort
- Keypad Entry for self check-in.
- All check-in instructions are automatically be sent out via our system software on the day of arrival approximately around 1:00pm. Please make sure your check-in form is filled out at the time of booking, as this is how the system knows to send out your check-in instructions.
- You MUST obtain your 2 parking passes from the front desk upon your arrival.

PARKING:
Convenient unassigned open parking is limited to two vehicles per unit during the summer season. Parking permits are REQUIRED & Must be displayed in your vehicle for the duration of your stay. Motorcycles, Recreational Vehicles, and Trailers are PROHIBTED by the Homeowners Association.
The Neighborhood:
Arcadian is situated in the very popular Beach Club section in the northern part of Myrtle Beach. A short walk will bring you to the sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean.

Cancellations: Please see the cancellation policy for refund information. **NOTE: THERE ARE NO FULL REFUNDS UNLESS THERE IS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ISSUED BY ORDER OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA.**
We highly recommend guest(s) to purchase travel insurance for all of those unexpected things that can come up.
-NO Smoking: NO Nicotine, e-cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana ANYWHERE on resort property, this includes balconies and pool decks.
- Pets: NO PETS are allowed in the resort, this is an HOA regulation and is strictly enforced.
- Events/Large groups: No more than 6 guests are to occupy the unit each night. Large parties or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit, but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.
YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE to rent the home----NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Please remember this is a PRIVATELY owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home.
ABSOLUTELY No PARTIES or you will be removed from the property- with ZERO refunds!!!!!!
Absolutely NO early check-in unless prior permission was given. We have to have time to prepare the property. This is subject to additional charges if you do check-in early.
Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 10:00pm thru 7:00am. YOU MUST Be respectful of all of the neighbors & The Property Rules!!
Umbrellas and chairs can be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.
Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
