This downtown condo by Hosteeva is right on the beach so that you can wake up to the sound of waves you can hear and see right from your private balcony.

As the guest of this wonderful resort, you'll enjoy the property amenities which include a tranquil oceanfront pool, 150 ft. long Lazy River, outdoor whirlpool spa, kiddie pool, and an indoor pool with hot tub! And when you're ready to spend some time in the ocean, beach access couldn't be easier. Enjoy your beach days collecting seashells or splashing in the waves.

You will also be close to main attractions, including a 60-mile stretch of beaches, celebrity-designed golf courses and so much more. Take a walk along the beachfront boardwalk are arcades, souvenir stands and restaurants, or stop by the amazing old-fashioned Family Kingdom amusement park and the SkyWheel, one of the country’s tallest Ferris wheels.

Beach replenishment will be EXPECTED to finish by the second week of July. This is a city project and we have no control over this. We were not aware of when it began and had no notice in advance. But they did let us know its expected end date.

• Parking lots are located on Withers Street (parallel to Ocean Blvd.) and one street over/cross from the resort.
Things to know
• Please note: Pest Control Service days are scheduled the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month. This is mandatory to insure you have a wonderful stay and to make sure you do not take home any unwanted guests. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

• In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25/per item for replacement.
• The indoor pool is located at the main tower
House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Grilling is prohibited. Penalty: Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Gatherings of more than 8 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
• You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
• Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
