Stocked with all the comforts and amenities you could need to enjoy your vacation and feel at home. This building is only 3 stories with NO elevator access .
The space: Newly renovated 3rd floor condominium as of September 2021. New floors, kitchen, appliances, furniture and decorations. Be one of the first to stay in this beautiful 2 bedroom home with vaulted ceilings, bay windows, balcony overlooking the pool and open living and dining space. Each bedroom has an en-suite bath, the master completely private. The large living space has a queen size pull out bed and the second bedroom has a twin trundle. Pack and play also available for our tiny sized guests. Sleeps 6 guests comfortably.
Guest access: Ample free guest parking in front of and surrounding building.
Other things to note: Condo is on the third floor. NO elevator access in this building. NO motorcycle/Commercial vehicle parking permitted. No Smoking of any kind including Electronic-cigarettes permitted inside , if there is evidence of any smoking, security deposit will not be reimbursed.
