Helt ny Reno! OF, End Unit, King bed, Quartz Counters, Shaker Cabinets

Vi totalrenoverade vår lägenhet vid havet fram till år 2019 med bänkskivor av kvarts, skakstilskåp och nya rostfria apparater i köket, nytt vardagsrum, matsal och sovrumsmöbler, nytt golv, ginormous TV, nya gardiner, sängkläder, belysning, färg och mer! Det är moderna, skarpa, avslappnade, rena och bekväma - en riktig fristad! Vi har tillhandahållit massor av hemkomfort och massor av förvaring för dig för att ta med dina egna bekvämligheter hemifrån. Beläget i hjärtat av MB är vi korta promenader till många restauranger, kaféer, barer, konferenscenter, strandpromenad och mycket mer!

Du kan njuta av de mest fantastiska soluppgångar (och solnedgångar!) och se delfiner simma strandlinjen från vår privata balkong; koppla av i inomhus- och utomhuspooler och badtunnor; koppla av med en bra bok i en av många loungestolar som ligger i resortens vackert anlagda gräsmatta vid havet; och gå ett par kvarter till en mängd restauranger i närheten, kaffe, munkar och glassbutiker och vinbarer! Vi är mindre än 10 kvarter till Myrtle Beachs berömda strandpromenad och Sky Wheel, en halv mil från konferenscentret, och mindre än en mil från Broadway på stranden och Myrtle Beach Pelican basebollfält!

Köket har helt nya kvartsbänkskivor och skakskåp, ätbar, ny rostfri spis och mikrovågsugn och nymålade väggar. Det är fullt utrustat med kylskåp, diskmaskin, sortiment, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, grytor, kastruller, redskap i stort och mycket mer! För dig som föredrar att ta en semester från köket, fråga om våra favoritrestauranger inom gångavstånd från vår lägenhet!

LR har en helt ny, modern, bäddsoffa, en 55 "platt-TV och en söt liten frukostkrog med tillgång till vår privata balkong med utsikt över havet - du kan se delfiner simma i havet utan att behöva lämna din plats!

BR har en helt ny, superkomfortabel king size-säng, platt-TV, fin storlek garderob och 2 byråer för att förvara dina tillhörigheter!

Badrummet är rent och ljust med badkar / duschkombo, dubbla fåfängar och nymålade skåp och väggar.

1 Bedroom Apt

This 1 bedroom apartment is ideal for my husband and I. We have stayed at this property 4 times so far. Steve and Sarah provided everything you will need while at your home away from home. We will be back in June.

Séjour formidable

Spring Break 2023

Myrtle Beach was beautiful. The room was nice, and we had everything we needed. This room is on the 14th floor… which was a little more quiet then the room we stayed in last year. But, only one set of elevators go up to this high of floor. The bed was comfortable…. The pull out couch is in need of some updates, sleeping on springs for several nights was not comfortable. Nicely decorated, and the kitchen was well stocked!!

Great location with spectacular views

Place was as described with fantastic views. The kitchen had everything we needed when we did cook in. Location couldn't have been better. Close to everything we went. Highly recommend this unit. Check in and communication was easy. There were plenty of easy access places to park across the street. Indoor pool was like bath water and hot tubs just the right temperature. If we ever return to Myrtle Beach this would be our first choice. Thanks for a great vacation.

A little uncomfortable with the bedroom right inside the front door. Condo was very cold, unable to adjust temperature. Otherwise an excellent stay.

Cozy Couple

Good location for walking

Myrtle beach in general is pretty rundown in the tourist area of this condo- BUT the condo is in a great spot to walk. Thats just our personal opinion and we wont be returning to the area. Not the owners fault. The balconies are VERY close, you can hold hands with your neighbor. I thought i didnt want one with the wall on the sides but i've learned thats not true. Someone was smoking two balconies down and I would have asked him to stop but I feared he could easily hop the two balconies and let me know his feelings about it. The unit itself was clean, nicely decorated. Like some other reviews mentioned the AC is VERY loud, but i had ear plugs with me . Indoor pool and laundry was closed for repairs. Nice selection of kitchen things provided by owner if you would like to cook. We had instacart delivered and met them out front. Walking distance to liquor store. If you read reviews of the building online, keep in mind that owner condos are taken care of buy the owner so most of the reviews dont pertain to them. I know we were nervous about that but our unit was clean and taken care of. The property doesnt have many amenities but i think thats fairly reflected in the price we paid to rent. Owners have great communication and the keyless entry is a nice feature for sure.

My husband and I were very grateful for our experience. We had all the space we needed. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the views of the beach were the best part! We loved our stay and would definitely come back whenever we are in Myrtle Beach!

Great location with awesome views!

The condo was clean and tidy. The property managers were extremely helpful with check-in. The best part about the condo is the view. You are up high with a clear view of the beach and ocean for miles. It’s also close to shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Clean, Convenient, Great Location!

Weekend getaway for my wife and I and our 3 year old son. 1 bedroom condo very clean unit, satisfied with COVID-19 cleanliness. Unit has a small kitchen, and patio that overlooks the beach - beautiful view. Condo is beachside. Also has an indoor pool and an outdoor pool if you don't want to deal with the sand. Walking distance to boardwalk as well as breakfast places. Would definitely book again.

LOVED IT

Had an AMAZING time at this location. Beautiful view of the ocean and easy ocean access. There is a lot to do around this location and it easy to walk places and/or really short Uber/Lyft rides. The room was spotless, adorable, and perfect for a getaway to Myrtle Beach. Steve and Sarah are incredibly easy to work with. I would totally recommend staying here!!
