Did not use the pool or hot tub but the area was very clean. The condo was clean and the hostess was answered all correspondence in a timely manner. Definitely a great view.

The host "Janet" responded very positively to all communications, even ones due to my misunderstandings.Property was nice, clean, and in a good location. Just a short walk to lots of entertainment. Pool was clean, hot tub was clean and hot.

Host checked in multiple times to make sure everything was okay. The view from the balcony was priceless. When it got colder the resort put the in close the indoor pool.

The condo was clean, well stocked with necessities, in a great location and I liked having a code to enter the building and condo (instead of having to carry a key card). Janet was very accommodating to my requests.

Enjoyed our time here. The view from the 17th floor was spectacular. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub downstairs and in just a few more step we were on the beach. Going this time of year (fall) was great! Weather was perfect and crowds were smaller. Janet was a great hostess. Replying to our texts immediately.

The location is perfect! Beach is right outside resort. Family Kingdom amusement park is a several minute walk from resort. Ripleys attractions are just down the street. The resort room has a little minor worn areas from all the traffic but the place is very clean. Having the washer and dryer was a major plus! The kitchen area was literally equiped with everything from pots and pans to dishware and silverware, even suprised to find something as simple and needed as a can opener. Appliances are in excellent shape! I was very pleased to come into the resort and it looked just how the pictures looked. Me and my family had an awesome time!!

I had a wonderful stay. I wish it was longer. The property is exactly as pictured. The view was amazing. Janet provided excellent, detailed check-in and checkout instructions. She communicated quickly and efficiently. I recommend staying at this property.
