Our Oceanfront Four Bedroom Condos are equipped with one king bedroom with a full bath, two bedrooms with two queen beds with a full bath, and one queen in the fourth bedroom. The bedrooms and the living room each have their own television. The unit also has a stackable washer and dryer. The living room has a private balcony and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is equipped with a dining table with six chairs and full-sized appliances including a microwave oven, a coffee pot, a toaster, a stove, a garbage disposal, a dishwasher and a refrigerator with an ice maker. Basic cookware and dishware are provided. Also provided are an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer. Wireless Internet access available.

Room 926 was exceptional ! Very clean, not perfect, but very clean!! Some bacon crumbs were under dinning table and floor around stove/oven was a little grimy. Contact with host was quick and helpful, location was central to Broadway on the Beach and Barefoot. Very convenient ! With 3 of the 4 rooms having a balcony and ocean view, that made everyone happy! The pools were nice, but the lazy River and kids water park area were pretty cold! We had daily towel and trash service which was all we needed. I do recommend taking your own skillet. And you will need dish soap, dish clothes and dish towels. I also suggest taking a scrubbing sponge. The only real drawback was that we couldn’t get into our room till 5:15.. which, had we not just driven 10 hours with 2 littles, that would not have been as inconvenient.

The condo was great, but not the resort

Many things not open or under construction that we were not made aware of before arrival. The pool bar was not open all week with no hours listed as to when it would be open, the gift shop never opened, the restaurant was only open for breakfast. I always pick a resort with an indoor pool because it’s still cold there over spring break and they took the pool enclosure down the day we arrived and blocked off the lazy river for two days. It made it absolutely miserable for swimming with a toddler because it was so cold and windy. To make it more frustrating, no one at the front desk even knew that it was taken down or what the plan was. It was never put back up before we left. Different elevators would randomly stop working at different times and an employee even said once “ya it’s been stuck on floor 7 all day. I’m not sure what’s going on,” but clearly didn’t call anyone to fix it. There was construction going on all week causing very loud banging all day long. There was no option for early check-in, and I told the front desk and VRBO owner that check-in on the VRBO app showed 3pm and they both said it’s not until 4pm, and the front desk even said “and your condo might not even be ready at 4pm”. Luckily, it was ready at 4pm, but was quite the process to get checked-in. I got a text on day 2 from the resort and I responded back with issues and they responded back that they were looking into it and would address issues immediately, but never responded back all week.
