Skip the front desk and head straight to the vacation! The condo features a secure smart lock system. You’ll receive your unique access code before arrival, allowing you to access at anytime after your 3pm check in time.

Our guests will have full access to the condo.

The day before your arrival we will message you with check-in details.

We are owner operated! No meeting for keys just arrive at the front door! We are real people with real jobs just like you!

NOTE: Washer/Dryer amenities are coined, shared and located in the community's dedicated laundry room.

Please read through these final details to ensure our suite is the perfect fit for your vacation:

We HIGHLY recommend that guests obtain travel insurance to protect all travel plans, including your stay, in case unforeseen circumstances arise and disrupt your trip.

No Pets Allowed: Per HOA regulations, guests are strictly prohibited from bringing animals or pets of any kind onto the property.

100% Smoke-Free: No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the suite or on the private balcony.

Vehicle Restrictions: Please note that the resort HOA does not permit motorcycles, golf carts, or cars pulling trailers on the property premises.

Check-In Age: To book and check into this property, the primary guest must be at least 21 years of age.

Beach Gear: We recommend bringing your own beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas so you are fully prepared or you can purchase at the local shops for some fun souvenirs!

Supplied for your reservation:
All bed linens are provided for beds and sofa bed.
Bath towel set per person included: 1 bath towel, 1 washcloth and 2 hand towels in each bathroom. (We do not supply beach towels so we suggest bringing your own or they can be purchased locally as a souvenir.)
We supply shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Basic amenities starter pack: 1 roll of kitchen paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 kitchen garbage bags, and hand soap. If you need more for a longer stay, you will be able to find everything you need at the local grocery a few minutes from the condo.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Our condo is located in a lively building with families nearby and in other units of the building. You may hear noise coming from the other units including children playing, throughout the day. Please consider this when booking if you prefer a quieter environment.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
