• The indoor pool is normally open year-round and heated, has officially reopened (Regular hours from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m)
• The Beach Club and outdoor pools are seasonal, generally open from early April through mid-October, weather permitting. For the 2026 season, outdoor pools are scheduled to open on March 25, 2026.
• Please note that the South Tower Pool and North Tower Pool are reserved for their respective tower guests when open

Important Stay Information

Occupancy Policy
• Exceeding the maximum number of guests may result in:
A $750 penalty
Immediate cancellation of the reservation
Guests being required to vacate the property without refund
• Boats, trailers, campers, RV's, motorcycles, personal golf cart and commercial vans/trucks are not permitted in the main property of Ocean Creek. They must be parked in the designated area provided immediately outside the Security Gate at the front entrance to the property and be registered with Ocean Creek Resorts Front Desk.
No Smoking:
• No smoking inside the condo, on the porch/balcony, or anywhere on the property where prohibited
• A $500 odor removal fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking inside the unit
No Pets
• No pets allowed

• Unauthorized pets or animals may result in fines, additional cleaning charges, or removal from the property
