Ha en bra semester!! Letar du efter både kul och avkoppling?

Det finns bara ett ställe i Myrtle Beach där det inte finns några höga stigningar, inga hus och rena naturliga sanddyner och en naturlig strand. Och det här är det !! 2 mil av rent nöje där du kan ansluta till naturen i princip på en privat strand.

När du njuter av havsfronten från de två verandorna är din vy till vänster naturreservatstranden och till höger är Apache brygga och restaurang (0. 3 miles). Så du har det bästa från båda världar, lugn och avkoppling eller kul, spänning och människor.

Detta är det enda lägenhetskomplexet intill Myrtle Beach Nature Preserve - en 2 mil lång privat strand. I grund och botten är detta en 2 mil lång privat strand i din trädgård för din njutning.

Nature Preserve har inga folkmassor och massor av stora skal !! Det är som att ha ett strandhus med tillgång till en privat strand.

Denna plats är borta från brus från staden och nav-ub, men ändå nära nog att gå med i kul om du är så benägen. Det finns två pooler och en är uppvärmd. Hundar älskar att springa på 2 mils naturskydd ... det är som att ha en egen privat strand !!

Du kommer verkligen att njuta av långa promenader på det som verkar vara din egen privata strand och naturskydd. Detta är korrekt den sista fastigheten som byggs nära denna naturskydd eftersom det inte kan finnas några ytterligare fastigheter som har byggts på 700 år enligt lag.

Eftersom så få människor kan komma till denna del av stranden är det en mycket naturlig strand med mycket stora sanddyner och naturliga skal, krabbor, små fiskar och häger. Bevarningen har också en sjö. Det finns en brygga för fiske och underhållning cirka 1/3 mil söder om lägenheten.

Enheten är i orörd skick. Det här är verkligen platsen att koppla av och slå tillbaka på.

Det finns två verandor, en öppen och den andra skärmad. När du går in i det tredje sovrummet, kallad "Sun Room", kommer du att känna att du är på däcket på ett kryssningsfartyg, havet är så nära !! Det är helt underbart att titta på havet på dagen när himlen är klar.

Great location and short walk to beach

Great location and closest ive been to the beach very short walk to beach. Nice pool kids liked it. Being nest to the nature preserve was nice. And great location to shopping and dining.

The view in this unit is amazing. With the miller and a half of nature preserve too the both of the condos, this part of the beach feels almost like a private getaway (especially for early morning walks). The AC worked well and the Condo served is purpose well of housing or family of 4.

Every year we spend a week in Myrtle Beach. This property is definitely a favorite. Clean space and the beach was beautiful. Family friendly with nearby attractions.

Great beach condo

We have stayed at this condo several times. It’s the best for beach location-private beach to stroll on. The condo is always neat and clean, there are 2 pools and it is very close to barefoot landing and Myrtle beach attractions. The owners are always pleasant to work with and we plan on staying here in the future!

Perfect Views

An incredible private beach with one of a kind views of the ocean!! This is our 4th year staying here, and it checks all the boxes for us!! We would like to see some updating of exterior balconies and furniture for open balcony, fixing of the door between balconies, as well as interior peeling of wallpaper and older dishwasher. Excellent communications with property manager!

Fall getaway

The unit that we stayed in was very nice and had a great view of the ocean and nature reserve. I was contacted prior to our trip and I was provided with many details of the property. I was disappointed with the pool - it was supposed to be heated but it was colder than the ocean. The beach area and property was nice. The one thing we did not like was that there was not much to walk to in the area besides the beach ( stores etc) But we loved that shopping and restaurants were very close ( driving distance)

Great location, some disappointments.

Great location, property was clean except some previous guest's pets must have had accidents and there was a strong smell of urine in the living room and bonus room. We were really looking forward to sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view but one balcony had railing that was falling apart and the door adjoining the two had to be wedged shut with chairs as it was broken. We will definitely be back!

This area is INCREDIBLE. It’s not as crowded and it is pet friendly (super plus for us!), but very very nice and clean. The balcony view is wonderful!! Swimming pool and beach areas are pristine. You don’t have to walk across a mile of blazing hot sand, either. You are RIGHT ON THE BEACH. Unit had so much room. It’s more like an apartment, which is good with big families! Felt very cozy and at home here. Full kitchen with most everything supplied too. We had an absolute blast here. Thanks so much for having us! We will be back!

Great view. Great location. Lots of minor issues that add up. Nothing major. Very outdated but still functional. Great layout of property. Could have been cleaner but was fine overall. Felt it was a lil pricey for all the deferred maintenance that is needed. Owner easy to work with. Would stay there again if traveling with dogs. Bring your knife sharpener if you plan on doing any cooking. Could use a quality skillet. Overall good stay.

Our stay was really great. It gave us a chance to spend time with our adult children. There was enough space for all of us. The property manager was great. On the first day there was an issue with a broken picture frame and glass. She had a cleaning crew out right away that morning. There were a couple inaccuracies in the listing - we did not need to bring our own sheets (which we did) and the listing mentioned an umbrella for the beach which we could not find. The closets were not empty when we were there. The main bedroom has boxes in the bottom of the closet which made it difficult to hang sundresses. The guest room closet was completely filled with the owners things. On a very positive note, the kitchen small but had everything we needed to prepare family meals. The table was able seat all six of us so we could eat together and play games at night. The views were wonderful. Getting up early to watch the sunrise from the porch was a fantastic way to start the day! Thank you for sharing your place with all of us and our little dog!

Dated and Dirty

The location of this property is fantastic! Unfortunately, that's the only thing it has going for it. The furniture and beds are very out of date and uncomfortable. The master bedroom mattress was very hard an uncomfortable, the bedroom with full bed had pee stains on mattress and it was worn out, and bedroom with futon bed was filthy under the bed and carpet was missing. The unit had a dehumidifier and air purifiers leading me to believe they had a moisture/mold issue in past. The balcony had a broken/loose railing causing a possible safety concern. Also, chair on balcony was broken, but covered by a cushion making it look useable. Coffee pot had mold and kitchen utensils were out of date and didn't work well. I would not recommend this unit and do not think it's worth the rental price we paid for a week.

Great location, great views, & plenty of room!

Stayed at Lands End in December for Holiday break. Great view of the Ocean. Great location. Enjoyed morning walks on the beach. The condo was the perfect size for myself, two kids, & a dog. I love the fact that I was able to bring her, she loved the beach & there were so many other dog lovers walking in the morning. The reason for only 3 stars was for the following reasons: 1. Upon arrival the place was not clean. There was leftover food in the fridge, beach towels sprawled across the kitchen, garbage was full, & the showers were full of sand & grime. It wasn't pleasant having to clean that all up after traveling 2. Cable wasn't working, however was fixed the next day after maintenance came by. The wifi went out in the middle of our stay. The owner was responsive & helpful. 3. The pools are not heated. I'm not sure if that's because we traveled during off season, but if you advertise heated pools, they should be, or at least indicate they're not during certain months. My son was disappointed. The same w/ the tennis courts, they were not available for use. 4. I chose to bring my own linens, the problem was the size of the beds were not as advertised (queen/full/twins), they are King/Queen/twins. It worked out as there were linens stored @ the condo. All in all, we enjoyed our stay the owner was friendly & responsive. It is in a great location, great views, quiet, yet close to many restaurants, stores, & attractions.

Location, Location, Location

As stated above, you can’t beat this location and views of the Atlantic. Great beach, very clean and not very busy. Having the nature preserve next to the property gives you a great sense of escape from all the touristy areas to the North & South. This all being said, the condo itself is very dated and definitely could use updating. Very questionable elevators and the exterior areas could use updating as well. Overall, we had a great time and would love to return if the place is updated. We definitely thought the price was a little steep for the quality of the condo itself. Even after factoring in the location.

Enjoyed the location it was between Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing. Facility was clean.

Great location, beautiful ocean views and pet friendly. Other than the condo needing updating, it did the job. The condo has all the amenities of home. Be sure to turn on the dehumidifiers as soon as you get there.

Outstanding location!!

This rental is outstanding for a quiet get away to Myrtle Beach!! It is right next to a preserve so it is not crowded at all. The property is great-all the things we need. The owners are fabulous to work with. We have rented this property several times and will definitely rent again for our next trip to the beach!
